A fingering book ($10-$15) is indispensable (imo). Gary van Cott, who
posts on this list, sells several different fingering books online at
http://www.vcisinc.com.

There's more than one fingering for each of the notes that you asked
about, but here is one set of fingerings:

altissimo G: Left thumb + register key L2 R12 + right little
finger on the G# key

G#: same as G, but lift R1

A: same as G#, but lift R2 and put down L3
