At the bottom of the page indicated by the URL

tm one will find the most recent statement of Bärenreiter on
their edition of K. 622. What is interesting from my perspective
is their suggestion that there is some proposed material for the
"embellishment of the fermatas" in both the first and second
movement. Notice how they shy away from even suggesting that
those spots are cadenzas, though they never come right out and
say "embellishment of the eingänge." Notice also that Franz
Geigling appears to have done the editions for every one of the
wind instrument concerti. I just wish that they would not call
editions where the manuscript is not available as "Urtext."

Good, thoughtful, and informed editions, they are indeed. Where
the manuscript cannot be consulted for text, "Urtext editions"
they are not. There is also a reference to the use of some
material taken from an arrangement of 622 for flute ca. 1801 that
has been put back into this edition under the assumption that old
is good.

Remember, never trust any edition over 200 years old.
