See, now that brings me to my next question: Is there a difference
between practicing in one's apartment (especially, if for school or
as your profession) and giving lesson in terms of neighbor's
consideration?? If Im not mistaken, in NYC, it is legal to practice
in one's place of residence between the hours of 10am - 10pm. I have
been in my place for over 5 years and have never had a problem. Now
would they have a problem with Sally Beginner squawking and honking
for an hour a week in a lesson? That, I don't know.

art." - Charlie Parker
