I guess my thought was that the majority of people would want a transposed
part and it would seem to be a waste of time and money to include a C part as
the "standard" part if it was rarely used.
Also, if a non clarinetist (flutist, oboist, hornist, pianists, etc.) buys my
editions they will have no clue about the C vs. Bb clarinet issue and would
bring music to a rehearsal that would most likely be unplayable by the
clarinetists.
