David,
Sadly, the masters to this recording appear to have been lost by Warner
Bros. (who bought the recordings from Nonesuch who bought the recordings
from Philharmonia.) If anyone has any connections in the legal department
at Warner Bros, I'd love to talk with you privately. Warner has ignored my
requests for information.
The Joe Allard Project (http://www.joeallard.org) is another of my personal
projects. The article you mention was graciously provided by David Demsey.
Anyone interested in contributing to the project in terms of written
contributions, labor, or research is more than welcome to contact me.
