The timing of the release of this information is interesting too. Normally
this report would be released in September not August.
Two facts that may or may not be related
1- in august the congress is in recess so many reporters on vacation
and not covering stories as they would in Sept
2- A September release would come right after the republican
convention.

I would suggest that the president is manipulated information but we all
know that he is straight forth with information. (TIC)

It can only get worse. I just negotiated a public school teacher
contract. The teachers - like most public employees - had an employer-paid
benefit. In the last 5 years the cost of that benefit increased 18% PER
YEAR. We demanded - and got - a universal co-pay. Some teachers are upset
because of their 10% co-pay. I'm not in a union. For my wife and me, I
pay the equivalent of that 10% annual payment EVERY MONTH.
