Subj: [kl] Eb mouthpieces?

Hi, new member here..

I just purchased an Eb clarinet (I think the colloquial term is eefer?") off
Ebay - here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3743095860&ssPageName=STRK:MEWN:IT

It is a "Cabart" wooden, and you may not realize it from the description, but
the mouthpiece is not included. I verified with the owner that he is keeping
the mouthpiece (A Selmer) in case he plays Eb again, but personally recommended
a Vandoren.

In perusing the archives, I see some references to those, but there are several
models, so I don't know which one is good. I also saw some reference to
different barrels (which is a question I might end up asking regarding my Bb (A
signet special) some day as well...). I realize these things vary person to
person, but are there any good recommendations for a mouthpiece?

Keep in mind I'm just an amateur. I've played in community and wind ensemble
bands (even a quintet polka group) for several years off and on, so this is very
much just a toy for me, but I figure if I'm gonna get one, I might as well get a
decent one.

Thanks

Curtis Bennett
