I have a recording w/Abe Galper playing it with an Orchestral
Accompaniment (yes, there is a singer there too but I don't recall
her name...) which I am going to post soon. It was on his former MP3
site which I ran.

When I performed it I stood - if you want to play it standing then
stand!
