Given Mozart's abilities with Variation form...I would not hesitate to think
he would also like the normal version for A clarinet as well..in fact I
really doubt he was into the Authenticity movement as we are.

He was very much a working musician and much of all scholarship is based on
conjecture in this area...was not it said earlier that the only Edition is a
copy made from the original by Stadler.
