Are there not a few instances of repeated bars in the concerto where this
adds nothing to the music....?
I believe this occurs in the opening movement of the K.622 and also in the
finale. ???
I don't have the score nearby but I do remember taking a clarinet lesson
with Desplus who said he always wondered why Mozart repeated himself so
often...of course Desplus also said if he was able to compose like Mozart a
repeated bar is not such a bad thing!
