purchase such-and-such medication because he had it filled four weeks ago
on his old plan=2E Without giving anyone his permission, his records were=

sold to the new plan and now they are sending him advertising for
medication that he doesn't need=2E This is exactly why I don't want
insurance companies to have access to a national data base=2E Medical
information should not be allowed to be bought and sold=2E
