Just wait: In fifty years, people will dig up their grannies to get at
those gen-u-wine Costco coffins and sell them on eBay. Some enterprising
emerging nation will flood the market with fakes.

My first reaction was to choke on my breakfast tea, but on second thought,
15 minutes is about the average time people get from a doctor in a regular
doctor's office these days. Does this consultation include one of those
little paper backless gowns? Because -- I'm sorry, but without the little
paper gown, it won't pass for a real doctor's appointment.
Do the other customers get to watch?
