What do you want to say about it?

What has inspired you to play it?

Which recordings do you think work, and why?

Do you have a Basset Clarinet? Can you justify doing it without one?
What would you say to the examiner if he asks you why you are doing it
on the wrong instrument (i.e. not a basset clarinet - I'm assuming that
you wouldn't even try it on a Bb)

Think about YOUR reactions to the piece. Analyse your response to it.
Then play it. See what happens - and take it from there.

Matthew

I've decided to play the 1st movement of the Mozart k622 for my college
audition. Does anybody have any suggestions about performing it?
