In the past year/year and a half, the parts department at Leblanc has really
gotten its act together. In every case that I have dealt with them, they got
me what I needed when I needed it. They have an interactive website (for
dealers and technicians only) where you can click on and exploded diagram of any
of their clarinets and order exactly the correct part number and quantity. If
you have a current account, the part arrears on your doorstep two days
later.

Contrast my recent experiences with ANOTHER U.S. CLARINET MAKER, where I was
faxed old dirty obsolete diagrams with smudgy part numbers, some of them
crossed out and hand lettered back in. When I called, the order takers were not
familiar with the numbers and I had to spell them out. About six weeks later,
my order appeared, with about half of the parts them backordered.

The Leblanc parts department really seems to have its act together. Let's
hope that continues as they transition to their new owner.
