Great idea for someone with very strong hands but I fear that my younger
students would need something with a handle to give them some
leverage-especially for a tight fitting mouthpiece. Even with a rubber =
band
wound around the mouthpiece, they still would probably need to use their
whole hand to grip the mouthpiece and remove it. Depending on which
mouthpiece/clarinet combination I am using, I would probably have =
difficulty
doing this with only thumb and one or two fingers also. Christy
