Mark,

I have changed my email address and managed to subscribe myself to the
list with the new address of matthew@-----.uk

I'm not sure how to unsubscribe the old address of
matthew@-----.uk as any unsubscribe notice would show the new
address!

Could you either tell me how to do this, or even be a star and deal with
it your end?
