Good luck finding leather pads of the right thickness and diameter, with
holes already punched in them! I wouldn't even know where to start.

Pads like you need are still used on some contra bass clarinets. The ones
available on the market are probably too thick for soprano clarinet use.

You could call and or e-mail Ferree's, they might know, but it's not likely.

If you really get stuck, it is possible to punch a nice hole in a Valentino
pad and have them seal quite well. I have had to do this in the past.

Clark Fobes might have some input on this.
