Very seldom is it that someone notices that they have a virus,
especially with today's cable & dsl systems. A "normal" pc can spew out 10
emails a second with the infected coter barely slowing down (since it
doesn't handle the "bounce" emails - the stolen addresses' ISP has to
handle the bounces. The email server here is averaging about 5 emails/sec,
almost all of which are spam or worse, and I only handle about 5000 valid
email addresses and 60 domains ...
