ah yes, Ben's booth was right next to the Xilema booth, I think they
might have been sharing the space? also the lady with the funny Bois
ligatures was on the other side of them (the ligature that looks like a big
old washer LOL but it WORKS!) I bought one and I love it.
.....I also bought an excellent Eb mouthpiece from Ben.
BTW Ben and Leslie Redwine are really COOL people!!!!!

I have been using Gonzalez reeds (3 1/2 FOF) and have been
very happy with them, so that's part of the reason I didn't
make a big point of trying the Spanish reeds.....in fact I had already
bought some Gonzalez reeds from Phil Shapiro (another cool person!).
I couldn't believe he remembered my name from the ONE time I had
ordered directly from the Davie Cane website! (I have ordered them
other times also, but through ww&bw)
