The ICA made the decision not to record or offer reference recordings
of ClarinetFest events to conference attendees because of the risk of
violating copyright law. Some recent legal rulings specific to
archival and distribution of recorded performances put the
association and performers at risk of legal and financial consequence
if we were to continue the past practice of making these available.
I'm sorry that we couldn't offer this service to ClarinetFest 2004
attendees.
