Ted Casher here again. Re Boston, it sometimes costs $40 to park, but
around Rayburn Music, it can cost $25.
I just had a tenor gig @ City Hall Plaza, doing intermission noise between
sets of the Harry James ghost band, and it cost me $21.

I am going into Boston today, to play my clarinet w/Guy Van Duser on
guitar---subbing for Billy Novick, who is out of town w/the New Black Eagle
jazzband. I am taking commuter rail in and back! I will carry my little
clarinet from South Station to the Old South Meetinghouse, where the
Senatorial Reception will take place.

Will write about that later---may be of interest to list members! At any
rate, it's a chance to share in a part of history.
