Another possible, but scientifically unproven, solution is to have the
pads on the serial re-offending keys replaced with cork. I had this
done on one of the keys on my previous Bb Clarinet (have a new one now
with original pads). I believe it made a difference to the phenomenon
of water getting trapped between the pad and the hole causing that
lovely gurgling sound. Having the air-conditioning fixed is probably
the best bet! - Gavin.
