Ted, Thanks for the reply. I do believe this young lady will be into =
jazz
heavily someday. She's already doing lots of improvising by making up
alternative endings to her songs, etc... She's a little hot dog, as my =
high
school band director used to say. That's why I was so happy she wanted =
to
start taking some piano lessons. I firmly believe every musician ought =
to
have some piano skills and a knowledge of chords. Christy
