I just finished reading Dan's "The Mozart Forgeries" and I wanted to
let you know that I found it to be a great read. In no way am I a
literary critic, but Dan's research in a number of areas appears to be
impeccable and the story line moves forward in a most direct and
interesting manner.

The tempo of the book builds as you get closer to the end and
eventually becomes a real "page turner." I tried several times to
figure out what was going to happen, but was wrong each and every time.
The suspense builds until almost the last page.

Don calls this "A Caper Novel for the Serious Mozart Aficionado" but I
think he sells himself short there. While there is much technical
material of interest to the music community, I believe the story is one
that anyone could enjoy.

Try it, you'll like it.
