As a matter of clarification: the "acoustical systems" of mouthpieces in
woodwinds per se, is unique from the "acoustical systems" of the body of an
instrument, in that sympathetic vibration (coupling) of the mouthpiece -
bocal - headjoint may have a slight measurable affect (not necessarily
audible, but sometimes measurable).
