That depends on where you work. Some places it is not much more than
removing the tie. As Mark said, you will see people in anything.

As someone who doesn't have much luck telling his kids what to wear, I am
reluctant to make specific suggestions. It is probably going to be hot and
humid but might rain also. My advice would be to wear something casual and
comfortable that looks nice. Wear comfortable footwear also, depending on
the layout there could be a certain amount of walking involved.
