Now if we could find some way to prove those instruments are

Don. Good idea. Perhaps someone could test the mouthpieces to see if =
they
contain lead or mercury. Think about how many Chinese toys have been
recalled for that reason. Perhaps a child could be stabbed by a broken =
key
or a younger child would be in danger if one fell off the instrument =
while a
sibling was practicing and swallowed or choked on it. Worst of all is =
the
emotional damage and stress that may be caused by the poor intonation of
these instruments, not to mention the social outcasting that will occur =
when
a child with one of the First Act instruments sits next to another child
with a good quality instrument and plays.=20
By the way, I have had some recent personal experience with =
emotional
stress after sitting near a player with poor tone and intonation. It's =
very
unlike me, but I told her I couldn't stand the sound of her playing and =
she
didn't show up for our last band concert. I've NEVER done that before, =
and
it's very unlike me but I really couldn't stand it anymore. This girl =
sat
directly behind me during concerts and as she played, I imagined there =
were
elephants stomping around on stage behind me. I can tell you it was =
VERY
stressful. Kids don't handle that type of stress well at all. My guess =
is,
it's likely for a murder to occur after listening to someone play a =
First
Act instrument.=20
