I agree. I haven't read the published version yet (still trying to figure
out how to persuade the web site, Norton and EarthLink to come to an
agreement that yes, cookies are, too, enabled), but I did read what must
have been very close to the final draft, in April. Clarinet players,
especially, should enjoy this book.

Hmmm. Well, Forger and Librarian do some prodigious globe-hopping, but
I'll guess that you read the book on an airplane, en route to London. I
assume you weren't in the baggage hold -- but did the route cross over
Greenland?
