Hmm.....well, I don't know of any books to recommend
for groups of junior high kids. Least not for a group
setting.

Have you tried possibly going down half a strength
with the Bay mouthpiece? Have you tried using Vandoren
3's and the Bay mouthpiece? It might work. My
mouthpiece, a Clark Fobes SF, ideally works with
Vandoren 4's....but I had to use 3.5's for a while
because I wasn't used to handling 4's. It's worth a
try.
