This, what others 'think' about their contributions, is quite possible.

I do - in its own way, I do see it to be a contribution; a question, a
search if you like, no matter how obscure it may seem to be initially. It
may not be quite exactly a direct question asking about other clarinettists`
set up, but it`s still searching - in an indirect way, to discover what and
if
others maybe using the same or a similar set up to themselves, to enable
them to connect with maybe adapting their own set up for the better in
any way that`s possible. To me, Tony gave a fairly strong impression that
he himself was becoming a little bored with with this kind of post. If I`m
wrong with Tony`s original, then I should perhaps have read it another
way, and twice maybe. It`s all to do with misinterpretation, so tricky in
short snatches of 'chat'. But I do believe it was a little unnecessary to
say it this way in the first place. Klarinet needs 'clarinet', however basic
it has to be, and recently I have noticed that not a lot of youngsters,
or even adult beginners are contributing too much at present.

that asks for help with a problem, to which sort of post (including ones
aboutreeds and mouthpieces) I think I can say I respond as considerately
as most people here.

Yes you do. Quite admirably.

Best,
Tony W.
