Outside the US, my book is available from Amazon in the following
five countries: Canada, UK, Germany, France, and Japan. Links
are given below. Strangely, the book is NOT avaialbe on Amazon
in the U.S. For the U.S. use Barnes and Noble.

In some cases you have to look me up by name: Daniel N. Leeson

In other cases you have to use the book title in English even in
on the Japanese web site: The Mozart Forgeries. Germany has an
English language version of its Amazon Deutschland and that is
the one give below.
