Well, not having received or read the book is no reason not to
write a glowing review. Why I know critics who often miss the
concerts they were expected to attend and then write how great
(or horrible) it was. Only on those rare occasions when the
concert is cancelled due to illness of the soloist is the critic
caught, but only if his review is negative. For a positive
review, it does not matter that he was home asleep. No one will
say anything if his/her comments were positive.

Here are some of the key phrases you have to know:

1. glorious writing skills
2. unparalelled knowledge
3. wickedly incisive humor
4. clever and completely unique ending
5. awaiting a sequel with baited breath
6. finest story telling skills since Hemmingway

That should be enough to start with!! My goodness. Do I have to
do everything?

For whatever it's worth, Dan, some of us have ordered but have
not
received the book yet. IUniverse told me that they forward the
orders
to a printer for shipment rather than shipping the book
themselves, so I
suppose this adds an extra delay.
