Mark actually contributed a HUGE amount of time and effort in setting up the
moderated list, after receiving many requests for such a list. I volunteered
to be one of the moderators. We received maybe 20 posts to this list.

The mechanics are still there I am sure. We have a clear choice here. Move to
the moderated list or endure the occasional outbursts and fallout. I have
learned to endure the outbursts -- some are interesting and enlightening!!!!!
There is always the delete key, and for those not receiving the Digest, in most
e-mail software there is a facility to block mail from an "unwanted party."
