No, they fit on the standard way (the flat side down), but they work =
best when you rotate the mouthpiece 180=BA so that the reed is on top. =

BTW, a local HS music director who has given me a few lessons and =
insists I use teeth on top, despite my initial tutoring by my g/f and my =
subsequent entrenchment in not using teeth, said someone once mentioned =
playing with the reed up. So I turned mine around and proceeded to play, =
and he said, hey, how'd you do that, I can't do that! Of course I =
couldn't get myself to do that while using my bottom teeth either.
