Tony, since you have a mathematical background, can you tell me anything
about where pressure nodes occur inside the barrel, and does the first
node begin at exactly the same location in the mouthpiece? Or perhaps
you know of a reference that lists or explains such things for the
clarinet's entire range without requiring that the reader understand
differential calculus et al?
