There really is no plan for that but if you are willing to incur
the expense, by a copy, send it to me at 1821 Granger Avenue, Los
Altos, CA 94024-6716, I'll sign and return it if you include a
prepaid shipping envelope. But if you are on the my road tours
starting in late September, then I'll do it personally (for a
pizza).
