I'd suggest going to their customer service department. You paid for a *new*
metronome, you should receive everything that comes with a *new* metronome. If
they have to send you a photocopy of the instruction manual, then they should
treat this as a "used" sale and give you a partial refund. Either that or send
you a new metronome (a *complete* package that includes all documentation) and
let you ship the other metronome back at their expense.
