Otherwise, the normal clarinet fingerings work to double high c, except
you half hole the left index finger.

I don't know of a good bass altissimo fingering chart. A lot of the
clarinet
altissimo fingerings also work for the bass. Fake fingerings work well
for
the bass altissimo range too. The first note is the regular fingering
and
the second the fake- which are real throat notes (then lower clarion
notes-
the B and C), which are overblown. I find it useful to start with the
regular note, say C#, than play the fake and try and match the two.

C# = F#

D = G

D# = G#

E = A

F = Bb

F# = B

G = C
