I'm interested in works that employ music and "musics" that are
non-Western/non-European in their structure, yet are also playable on
western instruments (the clarinet in particular), and employ unusual
scale systems. I am thinking in terms of Turkish musics, other middle
Eastern musics, and Indian musics, to name just a very few.
