Hi Alf,

While Ron is not a personal friend, I did meet him at ClarinetFest and
discussed a problem with the temporomandibular joint that was plaguing
me. He was very kind and spoke with me for over an hour. I was certain if
you wrote to him that he would help you and he didn't let me
down. Dentistry in the USA is very important in the lives of
Americans, We have many faults, but bad teeth isn't one of them. Most
Americans have beautiful smiles. Here's to your future beautiful
smile. If you ever come to the USA, please look me up. I'd like to see
that smile.
