I also had a bad experience with brannen. I sent in my new pair of Buffets
to get overhauled. It cost me 400 per horn. They felt great at first but
multiple pads fell off BOTH horns within 6 months. I sent both horns back
and they fixed them for free...but I will not be going to them for overhaul
work again.
