Any chance of a recording of this, Walter? *G*

There was a recording made, I haven't heard it yet. If it comes out well,
I'll put a portion of it on my website for download.

The performance was today and the entire concert went well. Quite well. since
this is only the third outing for this particular group. Some of the string
playing was just crisp and sparkling. Such a joy to hear really good playing up
close and personal.

The Fantasia and Rondo movements from the Weber got very good comments from
the crowd and other musicians. I would recommend it to others who get an
opportunity to solo with strings. I bought an "arrangement" from Kalmus. It cost
$100 for score, solo part and multiple string parts. The addition was "decent".
Very usable.
