I myself know nothing about this award, so I can neither vouch for nor deny its
"artistic legitimacy" (for lack of a better term). Do you have any verifiable
facts to back up your claims? Hearsay and a geographical coincidence do not
strike me as reasons for belittling someone's accomplishment, especially in a
public forum.
