Try these. I lived in Houston for about 10 years in the '90s, and have dealt with all these merchants. Don't know if they do pro rentals, but they could certainly tell you who does. HBIC is probably your best bet. Last I knew, they had a roomful of R-13s. You also might try contacting the Shepherd School of Music at Rice University (Google it).
