One of my neighbors has a military tank parked in his driveway this
morning. I had to stop and take a closer look to see if it was real or
just a parade float. It's real, canon and all, looks like WW 1 vintage.

You know how government and commercial and emergency vehicles have
special license plates? This tank has a special license plate also.
It says "Armored Vehicle". Can't you see the clerk at DMV, consulting
the handbook? "You need to license a military tank? well... let's
look at the available categories.... I guess 'armored vehicle' would
work."
