A man has been charged with reckless behavior after cops caught him
playing a violin - while driving.

Canadian police said they stopped the 54-year-old fiddler as he zoomed
along a highway in Ontario in his Volkswagen Jetta, with his instrument
tucked under his chin and a bow in one hand.

The man's excuse: He was warming up for a concert.

Is that a Canadian thing; i.e., to interrupt a man while practicing?
