dan,
i searched the library of congress yesterday and didn't find it, but i went
through the catalogues today and found it - and it's online. Thanks.
The task is to compare two contrasting works from my solo repertoire of the
year (copland concerto, lutos lowski dance preludes, mozart concerto and
william o smith five pieces) and include information about the composers'
styles and how these relate to performance. Address the problems encountered
in interpreting and performing the works and explain ways by which
performance problems were solved. Present reasoned arguments to reach a
conclusion. It must be an analysis and critical evaluation in an analytical
exposition genre.
Thanks,
Mitch Riley
