I have just checked out the book Clarinet for the Twenty-First Century by E.
Michael Richards. It contains a fingering chart for multiphonics. Also, it
contains a lot of information about quarter tone trills, percussive sounds,
circular breathing, double tonguing, and a lot more useful information. It
seems as though it would be a very good book to own.
