No more than we can from a comment posted by a happy customer. But both
can be considered, and there are many on both sides that have been posted
over the years, to form an opinion. Kelly used the information available
from the List to form a positive impression of the Brannens, so positive
that he was willing to expend considerable time and money to have them work
on his horn. Too bad for him, as it turned out. But the experience
provided more information for the rest of us to use to make informed decisions!
