Very interesting. For some reason, the last few days I've been seeing
pictures of British Columbia's 10 Most Wanted in our newspapers ansd
thinking, as I looked at them, "I bet none of them went through a really
good band program in school". Too bad. I'm convinced that good music
programs help make good citizens. Thoughts?
